Cancellation Policy - We require a minimum of three hours advance notice for rescheduling or cancellations. The treatments you scheduled are reserved especially for you and we require a 50% Deposit to book your appointment. Any rescheduling or cancellations less than three hours from your appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit to the credit card used at the time of booking. After 2 reschedules you will only be allowed to come as a walk-in to receive any services, to avoid any further reschedules.

Client Satisfaction - Please at anytime during your service, if you are not satisfied or need to address any adjustments, or concerns to your therapist, please do not hesitate to speak up and direct your concerns directly to your therapist. Please allow our team to make your experience the best they can with your feedback before and during your service treatments.
